ADHD and Multi-Neurodivergence Parent Group

An Autistic-led, Neuroaffirming Group with Kate, Neurodevelopmental Consultant, Educator, speaker & Autistic Researcher. 

For parents who want to know more about multi-neurodivergence and practical ways to support their child under the age of 18, with or without a formal diagnosis.


Using the Multi-Neurodivergent Bus tool we explore how different neurotypes interact with each other including ADHD, PDA, Autism and Specific Learning disabilities like dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and dyspraxia.

➤ Group content is responsive to participant’s needs but discussions will be framed around:

  • The foundations of ADHD needs
  • An overview of common co-occurring profiles and conditions
  • Developing an individualised multi-neurodivergent profile for your child
  • Understanding dominant traits and how they can switch and change
  • Determining what tools and strategies match their individual profile
  • Learn how to use the Neurodevelopmental Circle of Needs to promote growth and development
  • Explore how to manage conflicting needs of different profiles within your child 
  • Practice how to use the ‘Multi-Neurodivergent Bus’ tool to understand multiple profiles and identify the most prominent need 
  • Build environmental specific toolkits for supporting your ADHDer
